Trail & Fortune does not require account registration, so we do not collect names, email addresses, or payment information during normal gameplay. We may collect the following limited data:

  • Usage data: Pages visited, session duration, browser type, and device type — collected anonymously via Cloudflare Web Analytics.
  • Cookie preferences: Whether you have accepted or declined optional cookies, stored in your browser's local storage (__cc_v1).
  • Age-gate confirmation: A session cookie (__age_ok) confirming you have confirmed you are 18 or older. This contains no personal data.
  • Contact enquiries: If you email us, we store your email address and message content to respond to your enquiry.

How we use your information

  • To operate and improve the Trail & Fortune games and website.
  • To understand aggregated, anonymous traffic patterns (analytics).
